About Vinny SinisiAs a resident of Montgomery County since 1980, I am still overwhelmed with the enormous growth of all the small communities in and around The Woodlands. To me, there was no better place to buy our first home, raise our three children, and start my career in sales, than in The Woodlands. But, my life-style changed as the kids grew older. So, after helping The Woodlands become the thriving community it is now by being involved in all aspects of community activities, (including my 5-year stint in The Woodlands Lions Club, baseball coach in the local Little League for 10 years - where ORWALL won its first State Championship, the annual "Lighting of The Doves", the 1986 Olympic Festival, and even "The Last Annual Bottom of The Lake Festival"), it was time to move on.

Because of the great business successes my wife, Sherry, and I have had, we decided to purchase four+ acres of land in Lake Windcrest, where we have lived since 1999. Twenty years in The Woodlands was a wonderful experience, but having a little more of our own space in Lake Windcrest is just fantastic.

Sherry and I always reflect on
how lucky we are to have made so many lasting relationships with people in and around Montgomery County as a direct reflection of the businesses and activities we were, and still are, both involved in. She owned Wunsche Bros. Cafe in Old Town Spring for 20 years, and I have always been fortunate to have also worked in
The Woodlands and Lake Windcrest, having started, developed, and sold three very successful businesses. Now, as a man who is very grateful to all those wonderful people who were members of The Woodlands Racquetball Club, customers of mine when I was a stock broker with Rauscher, Pierce, Refsnes, loyal patrons who came in to eat at both of our restaurants, and all of you who have bought T-shirts, hats, and athletic uniforms from HeadsUp Sports, it is time for me to continue to give my services back to you.

I sincerely believe the reason Sherry and I have been so successful in all of our endeavors over the past 30 years is because of the customer service we were always cognizant of giving to each and every customer. We always felt that, while each customer was not our only customer, we would treat them as though they were.

It's hard to believe that in 1980, when Sherry and I bought our first little house in The Woodlands,
there were only 8000 people there. We felt like w
e knew everyone of them. We now see that whole process starting over again in the Magnolia area and we are elated to be a part of it.
